Refund Policy

Merchant of Record

Paid TrueShare subscriptions are sold by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, invoices, taxes, and payment processing. Refunds and cancellations are fulfilled through Paddle in coordination with AzAd Solutions.

Free trial

Paid plans (Starter, Growth, and Agency) offer an optional 14-day free trial when you start checkout in trial mode. A payment method is required; no charge applies if you cancel before the trial ends. You may also subscribe immediately (monthly or annual) with no trial. The Free plan is forever free — no trial required.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly fees are generally non-refundable once a paid billing period begins after trial (or after a plan change that starts a new period). Contact billing if you were charged in error or experienced a prolonged outage caused by TrueShare.

Annual subscriptions

Annual plans may receive a prorated refund if you cancel within 14 days of the initial annual charge and have not extensively used paid features. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable except where required by law.

How to cancel

Cancel anytime from the Paddle customer portal linked in your invoices or workspace billing settings, or email [email protected] before your next renewal. Access continues through the end of the paid period already charged.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your workspace name, account email, Paddle invoice ID (if available), and reason. We respond within five business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing issues quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.
