Do I need a Telegram bot?
Yes. Create a bot with BotFather, add it as a channel admin, then connect in Channels with the bot token and channel @username.
Can TrueShare post to WhatsApp Channels?
Not yet. Meta does not expose an official WhatsApp Channels publish API. Telegram channels are available today.
